The circle represents unity in the church of blood washed believers in Christ.  John 17:23, 1 John 1:7

The hands represent Jesus reaching out to invite all to follow him.   Romans 10:13

The empty cross represents that we follow a Risen Savior Jesus Christ. 1 Peter 3:18

Purple represents the garment Jesus wore when he died for our sins, as told in John 19:1-2
